Fanclub/Organization Affiliates: -must be an organization or a fanclub(official or unofficial; not just a website/forum/online community)
-must have at least 15 active members
-must be willing to participate/help when needed or wanted in certain activities/events.

Q: What is Cass PH?
A: Cass PH is the premiere Filipino TVXQ Fan Club. It means Cassiopeia Philippines. The name Cassiopeia is adapted from the recognized Fan Club of the group in K5orea. As the group's popularity grew in Korea, the rest of Asia also recognized TVXQ's talents and charms. Different Cassiopeia groups emerged from Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines. Sad to say, none of these fanclubs are recognized by SM Entertainment, the group's entertainment agency. However, TVXQ does acknowledge their fanbase from these countries.
We are not a forum nor an online community - we are an organization. Q: So, is Cass PH official?
A: No Cassiopeia group outside Korea or the SM Official Global Fanclub is recognized by SM Entertainment, yet. Together with Cass groups from Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, and other Asian countries, Cass PH is working on being recognized by SM Entertainment.

Mission
We, Cassiopeia Philippines, aim to lead a solid fan base in which we would unite all the Filipinos who are devoted fans of Dong Bang Shin Gi. With this organization, we aspire to be known as the first and only recognized TVXQ fan club in the Philippines.
Vision
We envision to have an awareness of Korean and Japanese pop culture and the unification of TVXQ fans in the Philippines. |

Everthing started back in 2004. There were a group of Filipino TVXQ fans who were members of a certain Filipino-Chinese forum. They shared their love for TVXQ in a single forum thread. One of them decided to make a forum of their own so that they can share the TVXQ love more freely. The original CassPH core members were part of that first-ever TVXQ forum catered to Filipino fans. They had mini gatherings too during that time. But then people got busy and started to leave the forum world.
It was on January 28 2006.... Filipino TVXQ fans from different online communities panicked on Yahoo Messenger without even knowing each other. They just talked about where exactly TVXQ is in Manila. No one slept and on January 29, they just headed to Makati and Pasay to look for TVXQ. It was TVXQ's CF shot for a shopping mall in Korea. Around 20-30 fans were gathered at the shoot location under the scorching heat of the Philippine sun, united as one.
After 5 months, CassPH was born. Three of the original core members were discussing the CF shoot and they remembered a certain comment from a Korean Cassiopeia calling the fans that were in the CF shoot as "Philippine Cassiopeia". One of them mindlessly suggested "Why don't we make an organization for TVXQ that will unite all Filipino TVXQ fans?"
Right then and there, they created CassPH. It was like on impulse and just started with just 3 people. But today, the "impulse spur of the moment" fanclub has hundreds of official members and a thousand more unofficial members and supporters, who are Filipinos and foreigners in the Philippines and Filipinos living overseas.
Since 2006, CassPH has had a total of 7 fan gatherings, 1 of which was a joint gathering(the first joint fan gathering of 3 Kpop fanclubs in the Philippines) with Super Junior United Philippines and SHINee;PH.org, and a total of 15 DongBang Days or DBDs(mini fan gatherings) in 11 cities in the Philippines and in New York City, USA. CassPH also helped Arirang Town Philippines with ArirangTV's "Kpop Party: Pops in Seoul in Manila" that was held on July 5th 2008.
CassPH will continue its mission to achieve its vision and continually support TVXQ in bringing TVXQ's and the fans' hearts closer with each other. |

Q: How do I join?
A: Follow these steps: - Accomplish a COMPLETE membership form (including photo, signature, date joined and contact person--parents, siblings, grandparents, guardian). Those with incomplete or incorrect membership form will NOT be accepted.
- Submit it via snail mail. (Inquire @ cassiopeiaph@gmail. com for the address.)
- Fill-out the member information in the YG database.
Please take note that when though Cass-PH is not yet "recognized" or "official" we have to prove to them that as a fanbase here in the Philippines, we are organized. This will make the transition easy if ever Cass-PH becomes official. The membership forms are for documentation purposes and will serve as a Cass-PH record of your membership. Q: Do I have to pay a membership fee?
A: As of the moment, there are no membership fees. However, gatherings have ticket fees to cover the expenses for the event.
Q: How about those in the provinces?
A: Once the group is settled, there are possibilites that different "chapters" will be established some time in the future. This is to take into consideration that there are a lot of TVXQ! fans outside of the National Capital Region. Do not worry, this is just a matter of time, so provincial members, do not fret. :)
